Terms of Sale – Membership Terms

hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

The buyer is the consumer who places the order and is hereinafter referred to as the Buyer.

Your membership grants access to Helgeland Badstuforening’s facilities and services. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. The subscription has no binding period and may be cancelled at any time either by contacting Helgeland Badstuforening at post@helgelandbadstuforening.no or by cancelling the subscription in Vipps under Manage Subscriptions.

After payment, you will retain access for the remainder of the paid month, regardless of when during the month the subscription is cancelled.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please contact us at post@helgelandbadstuforening.no for a refund if you are not satisfied.

If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, please contact us at post@helgelandbadstuforening.no for immediate cancellation.

Complaints must be submitted to the Seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the Buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation.
